After watching the video, I feel that I obtained a lot of information about how to become an effective leader in an organization by letting my subordinates collectively become an integral part of the decision-making process of the team which might be led by me in the future. I feel that a mission and/or vision statement are both equally important and equally necessary for ensuring that the mutual goals of my followers and subordinates are aligned with the mutual goals of my organization as well as with my conviction and my mutual goals or shared goals with my organization and with my followers or my subordinates.
